I locked a call (ccc017710) requesting my registration certificate for my vehicle which has been paid up some years ago. After numerous follow up calls and e mails to try and obtain what the reasonable waiting time would be, i get no response from them. I called again today only to fined out that Nomfundo is off duty. The person who stood in for her was of no help and even refused to give me a reasonable waiting time. I am selling my car and wonder how long must i wait before this issue is solved. It just seems to me that these people does not have a sense of urgency. I start to wonder if Iemas still have my certificate on record. When you call their call centre you hear a lot of how good Iemas and the service is but when you put them to the test it is a total different story altogethe
