My brother has trohble with his account, he lives in Australia now he needs to make some changes to the account. Normal prcedure would be to log asecure message on internet bankig so they phone you to make sure you logged the message. But offcourse the bank cant/wont make international calls. Then i got told they can settle the matter using mail. But when i told them to check their e mail they said it could not be settled using mail and we have to make another plan. No help was given on whatcould be done or what should be done. No effert was put in to try to help the client because it is not my respossibility. After making me wait 20 minutes helping other customers i got the same responce as previously. I understand that it is not my account and they cannot give me any info on it, but giveme advice as to what should be done in the matter. Deffinatly canceling my personal standard bank account and advising my rother to do the same.
