I called Standard Bank Funeral policy division to cancel my policy, I spoke to Andy Phenyane who advised me to send an e-mail and attach my id document, I sent that e-mail on the 8/1/2013 at 10:28 a.m. yet to date they are still taking premiums form my account, I've called in again to query this on Monday 5/8/2013 and spoke to Thandi Ntshangase who advised me to forward her the e-mail I had sent, I forwarded her the e-mail, she did not come back to me with feedback, I re-sent the e-mail requesting feedback, she came back to me the following day advising me that she has cancelled the policy and my premiums will be refunded, she did not explain to me what process will followed and approximately how long it will take, I sent her another e-mail asking her if they will also refund the bank charges I incurred due to this, she never relied my e-mail, today 7/8/2013 I phoned in again to make a follow up first I was put on hold for about 30 minutes without being told what was going on and later Thandi Ntshangase picked up and she was very irrate started asking me how can she help me with an attitude, I told her I was following up, she told me she doesn't know when I will be refunded.
