Sanlam Broker Pathetic Service

I am very disappointed regarding the service i have received from my Salnam Broker and Bestmed.i have been dealing with my broker Craig Kelynack i have taken out verious policies and requested assitance with getting a medical aid with hospital cover for my family without consulting me they took out a medical aid with Bestmed. My wife recently got sick due to a personal family situation i took my wife to Marlbaton Hospital on the 14/02/13 and the charged me a fee of R115.00 and has been declined by the medical aid they transferred my wife to Akeso Clinic and they admitted my wife for treatment and was there for 11days and recently received a call from the hospital threatening me as the medical aid has declined the claim of R103000.00 i have tried to contact the broker and todate they are not returning my calls and i am not happy regarding the service and i will be in the process of closing all policies with Sanlam and the claim to be settled
