Failing to assist their clients

Last year around December 2012 i requested pacfin to provide me with the overall balance on my account which i have been listed with them for over 2years. And they requested that i send them an email requesting the overall balance and to this day i havent received anything. i made constant follow up regarding that and no one could actually give me an exact figure.

when i first listed with them. they requested that i give them details of all institutions they need to make payments to which i did but i later learned there was one specific institution (Truworths) that they never made payment to for a year and when i asked why they said i never gave them that which is did to Busi.

and to this day i stil receive calls and messages from institutions that they suppose to make payments to and i call them to inform them of such calls and message and give them those details so that they can make a follow up but it appears as if they not interested in making any follow up.

when u want to clear your record, you learn that the added 24% over the overall balance which results in clients being unable to clear thei records. they not interested in clearing our records but just to make money
