I was involved in an accident 26 June 2013. No communication regarding my car was communicated to me. Panelbeaters never called or SMS with regard to repairs and since they kept on postponing I went to the Panelbeaters on Thursday only to find out that they moved. I asked them why was I not informed that my car has been moved and they never had an answer.
I have been complaining to my insurance with regard to the bad service I received, I even sent an email of complaint to Ombuds but no one has ever responded to me. I'm sitting without a car, I have been charged for extra days by Europcar, yet I still don't even know my car's whereabout.
