WORST SERVICE AT FNB DEBT REVIEW CENTRE

I was placed under Debt Review in May 2010 - at the time FNB was approached and requested to submit all account details for myself & my husband. It now turns out that FNB did not hand over the accounts to the debt counsellor! The interest on both accounts have been accumulating for some time now.
The call-centre have no response to this & just say that I must contact their attorney's! I have paid off all my debt & now all of a sudden I still owe FNB money!

What do I do, where can I go to solve this. How much interest are they allowed to charge? I need help from someone please!
