Pick n Pay will NEVER see me again

Im very angry at this stage! I work hard for my salary and choose where i want to spend it. After approaching Frank, im sorry i ever put foot in Pick n Pay Delmas. I choose not to spend money where i am being treated like a dog. So Frank your 35 years experience, in retail, is a total loss to your lack of customer service. Firstly my 14 years butchery experience is a little more knowlegde than the avarage Joe...

I have NEVER been treated like this in ANY store... EVER! And I will never except bad service. Cause Frank service brings customers back to your shop... And Frank... They spend money that pays your salary.

Topside mince should be less fat... Today I spent 79.99/kg (topside mince) and the product I received was regular mince. To the butchery manager, a good try to make me believe that was topside mince.

Thank you to the owner of Pick n Pay Delmas who tried to salvage the situation. I appreciate the time you took to calm the situation. As for Frank... Your actions today cost you one customer for life! I do have friends and this topic will come up... I would much rather die of thirst before I even think about putting foot in that stoor again.
