Have a problem with my Medical Aid

I was involve in an accident on the 9 July 2013 I reported an accident and now I have to go for operation on my wrist. The past 2 weeks I have been in contact with them and they say they still finalizing the confirmation of payment and my operation date is due Tuesday the 27 August and no one get back to me each an everytime I have to call them and check how far is the procedure, then they will tell me don't worry how can I not worry if today is Friday and no one tells me what's happening.
