Pathetic customer service

I am logging this complaint with a very disappointment customer service. I took up a loan with this service provider for 4 years and now that I am battling to meet the required monthly payment I contacted them to make payment arrangements or recalculate the months to bring my instalment down. None of your agents on 086 1111 011 we willing to assist. Don't want to be on the red. Can someone please contact my daughter on the number provided here. She is the banker and will be able to explain exactly what I want because your agents take advantage of the elderly and think we are un-educated. Her name is Lillian. Your speedy assistance is requested as the debit order has to go off on the last day of the month
