Interest not reducing

Good Day

I hearby needs assistance in resolving my problem with African Bank, I have an account which is Arreans due to non payments, I have phoned African Bank to make arrangements of R150 extra towards the R2614 of my Arreas, my corncen is though I am making payments to the arreas the amount is not reducing they keep on sending me statements which reflets the same R2614, I tried to phone the Collection Department, spoke to Gugulethu who said to me they will rectify this error as my arreas was supposed to be 1442, 79 from the R2614, and she said the matter will resolved in 3 working days, but I when I phone today I spoke Caroline who was not hepfull at all, as what Gugulethu told me is not what Gugulethu said to me it seems as there is nothing reflecting on their system regarding what Gugu told me, I need this matter to resolve urgently and correct outstanding arreas to be send to me.
