Over a month and still did not received a settleme

On the 01/02/2013 i called coombe" and and waiter nearly 2hours for someone to help me with my matter.
I than spoke to a lady by the name of Morgan Forster and been sending her emails on a daily base where she then promise to send me a settlement letter for nearly a month!!!

I ask why i have been handed over to them and no one could inform me. i also ask them to provided me proof of my arreas which i still did not received yet!!!

The whole reason why i telling you this is that there is a ganshi order under my name and i have not recieved aletter to inform me that i need to pay i also did not received a call about any arreas all i got was my HR informing me about this matter.

PlEASE CAN I HAVE SOMEONE TO CLEAR THIS MATTER AS I AM WILLING TO SETTLE THIS AMOUNT OF WHICH "THEY SAY I OWE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE"
