I recently took out car insurance with Nedbank Policy no:557219903. Upon receiving summary of my documents, I noticed car hire had been excluded when I specifically asked for it to be included. I keep sending emails to the Sales Consultant and he would assure me he will send the correct documents as his system 'made an incorrect quotation". Can someone send me the correct schedule so I know what is going on. I would like the whole binding contract and not just the summary. I am even close to regreting taking this cover. I am starting to get annoyed.
