Early Debit orde

I have a personal loan with nedbank. I have been paying them every month for three years now. And i still have the same job as when I applied. So today they debit my account early. As I have told them thousand times that I get paid the end of the month. So how do they think I must survive for the next week? I want that money back today!!!As this is not the arrangement I had with them.
