African Bank
Same Problem over and ove

Hi there

I've called the African Bank call center and used Hello Peter before on the issue I am having and quite frankly I'm fed up.
I've asked numerous times that if the selected pay date falls on a weekend, the debit order gets deducted on the Monday after that date and not the Friday before.
Then it goes well the first month and the next month we back to square one and it goes off my account on the Friday
Is there a problem with the bank's systems or is the bank just not interested in what the customer has requested and also in adhering to written contracts?
