As an existing ABSA customer, I thought renewing my Credit Card should be easy... Now going on my fourth week trying to renew my card, and ABSA is full of excuses - it's still on it's way. Now I have to use my cheque account to get by, so ABSA is sure to charge through the roof, as per usual.
I get service charges every month, more than any other bank. Yet I am still to see this service.
Please get your act in order. I'm now waiting on my card, just so I can cancel all my accounts with ABSA. But hopefully you can help the next customer willing to stay with you in a timely fashion.
