CLAIM REPORTED, NOBODY INTERESTED TO HELP

The claim for Policy number 02009500020400 in name of GESINA MARIA SUSANNA DU TOIT (previous Guardian Insurance- taken over by Santam re my letter dated 01 December 2000) was reported to telephone number 0860557788 and given a claim number 160717470, a fax number 0860112240 and e-mail address [Email Removed] All documents available due to the operation for cancer were send, with response of being received. Nothing further happened, lots of e-mails to [Email Removed] with response being received and also a visit to Santam office in Rustenburg helped. Payment for this policy started on July 1990 and the debit order is still on the same bank account every month. If, possible help, we need the money, we do have a medical aid, but also have a medical bill over R100 000.00. It seemed that Santam is unable to find somebody to deal with this.
