Request for bond reprieval

I requested a 3 month reprieve on my bond payment just over 5 weeks ago and was told it would take 3 weeks to process. I have since phoned on numerous occasions and keep getting told that it is in the process and there is a backlog etc, etc. Today when I phoned I got told that somebody apparently tied to phone me on the 27th July and could not get hold of me so nothing further was done. Not once on the other occasions that I phoned in did I get given this information, but now all of a sudden that is the reason why nothing happened and now it has to be re-looked at.

This is really pathetic... I am actually trying to be pro-active, but Standard Bank doesn't seem to care. I get the feeling I am just being fobbed off with one excuse after the other.
