Callsure
VERY VERY INCOMPETENT

I feel so hugely disappointing with Call Sure. I dropped my device weeks ago then called in to claim, and ever since that day am still waiting for my device to be collected. Everyday when I called for nearly two weeks now I hear the same story "Can you give me your personal contacts i'll get back to you with feedback" and guess what, they never did until I call back again and they give me the same.

If this is the kind of insurance they provide then i don't need it. How hard can it really be just to come and collect the device? They not doing me any favors, I am paying for the goddamn insurance and at this point am not getting any value for my money.
