Carmen Stellenberg handled our claim above and beyond the call of duty. I have a crazy schedule and could not get to cancelling our phones etc. One would expect an insurance company to not follow up so that they don't have to pay out. However, Carmen diligently stayed on my case until I got the claim processed and we got the results the same day. Overall, totally awesome service. THANK YOU!!!
