Standard Bank
IS STANDARD BANK DOING THIS PURPOSELY FOR MORE REV

Hi
A few months ago standard bank had a systemes problem that when using my cheque card linked to my Prestige current accout it debited to my CREDIT CARD

Needsless to say it shows as STANDARB BANK INT and is accompanied by a ludicrous cash withdrwal fee more than the purchase sometimes

They supposdely rectified the problem and reversed all the transaction s
NOT SO someone ther cant even do a basic reconciliation
NOW HAPPENING AGAIN
Hours spent with card division USELESS and there EXECUTIVE COMPLAINTS USELESS
So far nothing
CAN SOMEONE NOT TAKE THEM TO THE NEWSPAPERS
Systems problems seem the NORM at this bank
Imagine the millions in service fees they are making by doing this Must be thousands of client getting fleeced here
