DISGUSTING BAD SERVICE AND DISHONESTY TO CLIENTS

I am utterly disguted by the service given to me by Outsurance!!! There are not open with their client's and they never tell their client's what is going on. I got hijacked in June, Janice Pieterse was dealing with my claim. Outsurance paid me out then now all of a sudden I have a meeting with Jacques Meyer from the SIAS that goes over the traumatizing incident with me because he says that there's a "discrepancy" from Outsurance that he is not sure of. Immediately after our meeting, I receive a call from a lady from FNB called Maggie and she asks me, "Do you know that your car has been recovered". I am like what the!!! How can people that you PAY FOR A SERVICE NOT COMMUNICATE WITH THEIR CLIENT'S AND LET THEM KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON!!! After that I call Jaqcues and he tells me that he knew that there was a car which was recovered but he was not sure that it was mine, I'm like, what the!!! What kind of service is this!!! Am I now supposed to smell that my car has been recovered? I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO OUTSURANCE EVER AGAIN!!! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!
