I am a part of your industry & I am very disappointed in your service & the way your customer service has been handling my constant unresolved query.
The surplus was submitted in January 2013, was couriered with speed services & was received by your company within 3 days, I have been querying an amount that is owed to me by your company which by the way is my own hard earned money, I've been to constantly by your agents & ; have had no kind of professional response from your company as to what is really happening regarding the amount owing. I've made an uncountable amount of calls regarding the above matter to your company &; not only has the phone been put down in my face on a number of occasions I've even taken names of agents and team leaders even dates due to the misinformation given to me repeatedly, I am very disappointed in this service & regret investing with this company. If I do not receive a response or some feedback I will be going to the obudsman.
