I had to claim from AF to get a mobile phone replaced. The phone was lost on Sat and I could only progress with a claim on the Monday morning. AF got this claim sorted and approved for me in less than 24 hours.By Tuesday afternoon I already had a new phone.

I am still waiting for the funds as that takes 3 days to get to my account. However, the paperwork was submitted to me and approved in less than 24 hours so I bought a new phone on my credit card till they do the transfer. Now that is unbelievable. I am so utterly impressed. Not only was the service speedy beyond expectation but the professionalism I got from these two ladies and friendliness to assist was truly so great.

It is refreshing to receive service like this. I am so grateful. You have a loyal customer here. I wish other providers of services would behave more like you do. Well done and I will most certainly be an advocate of your services when people talk about insurance. Thank you - it was great dealing with AF. No pain as typically always experienced when dealing with insurers and fantastic service.
