Dial Direct Insurance
Refunds not yet made as promised

Dial direct, extremely poor service. I was promised to be refunded my money between monday and tuesday after writing to hellopeter last week but until now nothing was done except empty promises. I am realy starting to loose trust on this company because if it is so difficult for them to make such a small refund it will for sure be almost imposseble for them to pay out huge claims.

From a realy desapointed customer!
