Still waiting for a tax certificate

I used to have a salary protection cover with [URL Removed] however it was cancelled earlier on this year. I have called more than 5 times to get a copy of my tax certificate and to this day I havent received anything. I know I didn't have the product for a full financial year but it doesn't make sense that I wouldn't get a tax certificate for the time I did have the cover. Other institutions are able to do it, why cant you?
