Ridiculous customer service!!!

I have been behind with my car installments for two months, I received an sms from Marlene stating to contact her about my arrears account. A few days later I called her numerous times and numerous days and all I got was out of office replies, and that i should leave my ID and/or reference number and she would get back to me.
She never did!!!

Last month another guy contacted me and we made arrangements to have me pay double this month (AUG) and double next month (SEP) and i agreed. However i changed my banking details and called the call centre to request the appropriate account number for me to deposit the installments, she then sent me the account number and then transferred the call to Marlene.

This is where the "Ridiculous customer service" comes in. I explained to Marlene the situation and she had the most irritating attitude as if i did her wrong, I explained to her and she was abrupt in telling me that she does not want to speak to me!! this call took place on the 20.08.2013 round about 14:06 it should be recorded so i would expect someone to it.
The way this Woman spoke to me! I don't care who she is or what her job title is!! She should be dealt with accordingly!!!
