I requested for a rehab with std bank homeloans when i wasnt working. 2nd month i paid my acc a few days later & i was then called to say that i am in arrears and i explained to the consultant that i am not. i kept getting umpteen calls until one advisor who cared to listen then explained that if u pay late the rehab is cancelled. explained to them i wasnt advised of that and then all was sorted again and advised to go on paying what i was paying until the end of my 6months and suddenly again calls started. Im being expected to know who i spoke with? now with a company as big as std bank calls are recorded and surely advisers shud be making notes. last person i spoke with from the homeloans was Dineo who then said that her TM Gugu will call me back todate i havent had a call from her. i called back a few days later and was kept on hold for 23mins. until now no one called me back even after the email i sent twice and until now no one has even bothered to respond. i was always happy to be a std bank client because i always got prompt service. Today i get a call from a Marlene collections dept, rude as ever. can one person take responsibility pls before i take matter further.
