Waiting for more than a month for a card

I applied for a credit card over a month ago, accepted the quote and got a phone call that it would be delivered within 5-10 working days. Now, over a month ago I still have not received the credit card, although I have received a statement. My consultant with whom I did my application does not respond to any of my emails and after I have phoned to speak to someone else they did not phone me back as they said they would. I am at the point of cancelling my accounts since I don't get any assistance from ABSA.
