Still waiting for my paid up lette

I settled my personal loan about two weeks ago and requested a simple paid up letter and every time I call for it "it still not finalised" why; I don't know... it seems like they are not willing to give the letter..I am so angry and will settle my credit card this month end and close it off too.. what they know is to call and offer me more loans..you just lost a customer and few potential ones too..I am spreading the word
