Waiting 7 weeks for my paid up lette

Good afternoon, I settled my Credit card account via Louw Genis & Rajoo Inc and was given a 65% settlement which I paid immediately. I was told that they would advice me on the paid up letter from the bank. It has been 8 weeks and all emails and phone calls have been ignored, My lawyer has also attempted several times and cannot get a response. I lost everything in 2009 and have sacrificed a great deal to pay these off and I want my life back. How do I get this letter?
