25 Dec 2012 had an accident near brits, my car was towed from the scene to Brits Auto, then a courtesy car was issued, on the 7th I got a call from the assessor informing me that my car was not @ the specified panelbetear, then I phoned the place and they confirmed they had never received a BMW 130i that I am looking for, then I phoned the samantha and shameema to tell and ask them where my car was, now the insurance refuses to pay my claim because they say I didn't answer a question they asked if I had claimed before with my car and I said no I only replaced the windscreen because when I started with them my car was only amonth old, and they said why didn't I tell them that I claimed before with my previous car and previous insurer, I feel cheated, humiliated, tortured throughout the month, and that my car could have incurred further damages during the 13 day period it was lost, and the staff always that they would phone back to this day I called almost every weekday to insults and to no help and avail, until I phoned in today to learn they will not pay my claim, I feel that they are, liars, and insteadt of giving me peace of mind, they harrased me and wasted my time and money
