I've changed my insurance recently to a new company due to the fact that the service I've received at my previous insurer, was absolutely patetic!! I've taken a change with Auto & General, hoping that I would never have to use them as I din't want to go throught he same experience as before.. Well... thanks to other drivers on our roads, I had to put in a claim. Dorothy phoned me after I've registered via the website. She was extremely helpful and keep me posted the whole time. Dorothy never once was impatient with me cause at times she had to phone me back several times due to the fact hat I was busy at the time of her phone call. After my visit to the accessor, Dorothy phoned me on Monday, informing me the claim has been approved and explain the next steps to me very politely. Dorothy handled my claim in a very professional manner and I really would like to thank her for all her effort..! I'm really astonished with the overall service that I've received from Auto & General... Absolutely amazing...!!
