Sanlam
Paid policy not paid out

I have been struggling with Sanlam for almost a year and a half to get them to pay out a policy according to the policy contract. I have made numerous calls to both Sanlam and the broker to get an answer as to why this matter can't be settled properly. Both can't or don't want to help me.
