I regret ever hearing about First For Women

Well... in short, i have had to update my details like 6 times, my claim was tossed around like a hot potato, my car repair was handled terribly, they never gave me feedback i could use - insisted on either not calling me back or decided to rather update the second driver on the policy - not me - so he had to play messenger all the time. i am so disgusted with the fact that my car took a week to get taken to the panelbeaters and i had to do all the follow-ups myself.
i wish i had never become a client of this company, i will change my insurance as soon as i have got a collection of quotes to choose from and i will never ever ever recommend this bunch of to anyone
