Im so about how i was treated by Capitec, they are allowing unknown debit to go off and they cant reverse it even after stop payment as the reference is different, I was never informed of this new policy which started 5 - months back that a dbit order cant be reversed. I want my money back and mnr was so rude female by old mutual building dbn central west str.
I want this query to be resolved and im very upset about the levelof service i was given, furthermore i was humiliated by the supermakert when my card bounced.
