Contacted fnb who i have been banking with for more than 6 years, to apply for a cell contract. the lady is poke to advsied me that everything was processed and the delivery company will be in contact with me, to arrange the delivery of the device, that was on the 02/08. I then contacted the call center to find out the progress as i was going to to out of the province, only to find that 3 out of the 5 people didnt even know what i was talking about, the one agent to me to contact the courier company which i did and they had no record of me or any device delivery. i called back and another agent advised me that he can pick up the details, and i will take time. Today is the 16/08 i called the call center and no-one could give me feedback and allthey can say is they will escalate it and get back to me in 24hours? really- i have a very good mind of cancelling this whole thing. what me off more is a friend on mine did the application on the 2 days before me and recieved the delivery on the day i did my application- so clearly someone is not doing their job and this screams incompetent people on fnb's part. i will await a manager feedback by C.O.B.
