Pathetic service

For everyone that is considering debt counselling choose your debt counsellor wisely. I've been under debt review with Consumer Assist for the last 5 years and if it was not for my own intervention I would have been worse of than when I originally went under. They have done nothing for me, in fact I'm worse off with most of my accounts than what I was 5 years ago. They charge you every month for a service of which I've seen none. I've now logged a complaint to the NCR regarding a particular matter and we are still waiting for them to respond. Almost every time I phone them my account is being handled by someone else. I leave messages but they never call me back. I want this matter to be resolved as I'm throwing my hard earned money down the drain every month.
