I lodged a claim online after, my wife was "mugged" at a busy shopping centre. A real traumatic experience.
A few days later I did not receive any response only to realise I used the wrong e-mail address. When I rectified and sent it back, I was astonished to receive a response to say my claim was finalised and will be settled within 24 hours. To me this is excellent customer service. I am a regional Manager at a leading Insurer which is in opposition to Indwe but still have my policy with Indwe because of the excellent service I recieve all the time. My existing employer would reduce my premium by 30% but I rather oay more and receive the top class service you provide.
