Account cancelled/debit order still going on!

I cancelled my loyalty greenbacks awards a few weeks ago. The lady helping me was extremely helpful at the time, and assured me no fee would go off and even redeemed the points I had for me. But on the 10th of August the annual debit order still went off. I tried to phone Nedbank, but you just get passed from one agent to another and nothing gets sorted out. I demand that my account gets credited the R179 annual loyalty fee as I cancelled it at least 2 weeks ago. This is extremely poor service and I wouldn't recommend Greenbacks to anyone.
