Dial Direct Insurance
They Keep on Cutting my Call

I have tried calling them 5 times today in the last half an hour and as soon as i give them my details, they pretend they can not hear me and cut the call. I have check my phone line and device and all is working. Yet they blame me for not having a good line.

How am i expected to get any service.
