On 11 Aug I logged a query regarding personal details that can't be updated and I received a generic reply via mail stating that a consultant will respond to my message within 24 hours.

Today is 14 Aug? 3 days later and still waiting??

Guess I'll now also get another generic response of -

upon which I'll laugh until the tears roll because this will just confirm the incompetence / lack of taking ownership of issues that we all came to depend upon.

Good job Standard Bank - another way to drag your name through the mud by linking yourself to such an initiative called uCount.
