DISGUSTING SERVICE DELIVERY

My dad sent Mental Industries his registered letter on the 19th July 2012, tracking number is RD 645 684 540 ZA - post was collected on the 21 July 2012 by John from Marshalltown Post Office.
Now more than a year later they claim that they had not received the letter and told us to phone the post office. I called numerous times and was kept on hold before they eventually abandoned my calls!
We are running around with this like fools all day because they employ incompetent staff. Is this a ploy to not make payment to the men and women that worked so hard all these years? This is absolutely uncceptable and something needs to be done about it!
