SA Post Office
1 month backlog???

I did send my registered letter from strubenvale post office on the 9th of march and this letter is still in the post office's so called one month backlog, seriously this is more than one month now? I did phone the call center and on the 11th of April and rethlantla told me there is nothing they can doe... really? can nobody do anything? I did ask her if it will be possible to go to the hub and retrieve my letter myself and drive all the way to jhb and do the post office's job myself, and the answer was no, so now I ask you, how long is this one month backlog still going to take and why does nobody do anything about it?
