Standard bank has the worst customer service I have ever come across in my life.
We applied for a re-advance on our home loan on 8 June and still haven't received an answer no matter how much we follow up or how much complaining we do.
I will be closing all my Std bank accounts and I encourage others to do the same and bank with a bank that actually cares to get back to you.
