Its Ok when people take money

On the 28th of last month a transaction of R1495 was done manually on my account with fnb from London UK now I have never travelled to London or anywhere overseas. I went to the bank and filled in forms to investigate the transaction. It is the 14th of the following month and still no news. In the mean time I had debit orders go off and late banked transactions and my account is now in a big minus. I get sms and calls daily to ask when will I settle my account and my response is when fnb finds my money. I will not stay with fnb any longer they don't provide the service they promise and loosing customers means nothing to them since they think their the I will not pay a cent untill my money is refunded that was taken by someone in london and its fnb that should investigate. But security on a customers money is clearly no objective for them
