PURCHASES THAT I DID NOT DO

I swiped my Capited Card at KwaMhlanga Hardware on the 29/03/2013 and tha transaction for a R1000, banked on the 04/04/2013 according to my Capitec statement. However FNB deducted for the sama transaction on the 17/05/2013 and again on the 15/09/2013.

But now the transaction for this month does not bother me because Capitec has already refunded...

Now my concern is that Why does FNB deduct my account for purchases that i did not do... why debit 3 times for 1 transaction., Why do they go to my account whenever they please and claim my money that i have worked for, its not theirs but mine.

It is more than 7 working days since i logged a quiry but i did not get my money back...

Please help...
