Extremely disappointing

I thought of keeping my eggs in ons basket but, my application for vehicle finance with STD Bank was not approved due to something that happened 24 years ago. When I require at my branch about the reason for turning down my application, I only received a very vague answer. Customer services at Paarl (Inoch) was very help full and phoned the info/credit center for answers. This is then when he was told that something went wrong or happened 24 years ago with some payment or my credit card, which if true, I cannot even remember. I could see that even Inoch was confused with the answer he gave me. Well STD bank, if this is your way off handling your small fish without a proper explanation on something that happened 24 YEARS AGO, this fish is about to leave your pond. Although I am small fry to you that is fine. I will withdraw my little investment with Stanlib as soon as possible, and close my account. I was to say the least, very disappointed. At least Wes Bank approved my application
