DENYING FINANCE BUT APPROVED FINANCE 8 MNTHS AGO

Standard Bank received more than 7000 complaints already on Hello Peter! In January Standard Bank approved finance for a vehicle, yet when I applied a week ago the application was denied. The reason for the first approval in January was that the application was approved without any credit checks. This time around they supposedly did a credit check and found a problem I had with a cellular service provider in 2008. This service provider has such a bad track record that they have more than 13000 complaints on Hello Peter. This application should have been approved on the principal that Standard Bank slipped up very badly in January and the fact that I have an impeccable payment record on my existing account. I am prepared to take this matter as far as possible until someone "higher up" agrees with me and even if someone is disciplined for this. This is a double standard, plain and simple, and I am being penalised for someone else's mistake. The problem with the cellular service provider had been cleared in 2008 already, but due to their poor service delivery my name was never cleared
