WORST BANK BY FAR

My wife applied for an access bond about two months ago. I can write volumes on the incompetence and lack of commitment of FNB. suffice to say I spend countless hours and been given wrong information and fax numbers and lodged countless complaints without any success. I must add that the branch were very helpful but the problem seems to be at top management. Even the branch filed a complaint without any success?!!! DISGUSTING
